Kevin Patrick

Kevin Patrick is the Founder and Chief Swag Officer of KP Innovations, a premium promotional products and private-label apparel company that partners with brands seeking more than standard logo-driven merchandise. His work spans high-end corporate apparel, custom manufacturing, fulfillment, and brand-led promotional strategy, serving organizations from regional businesses to nationally recognized names such as McLaren, Northwestern Mutual, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Channel, Maserati, and more.

Kevin didn’t set out to enter the promotional products industry—it happened by chance. But after witnessing outdated systems, low expectations, and superficial thinking limit what the industry could be, he decided to take a different path. Today, he’s recognized for his strategic, operator-first approach to branded merchandise, treating it as a true business asset rather than an afterthought.

As the host of Beyond the Swag, Kevin leads candid, no-filter conversations with founders, suppliers, distributors, marketers, and operators, digging into what actually works, what doesn’t, and the realities few are willing to discuss. The show reflects his belief that meaningful growth comes from transparency, strong execution, and consistently raising the standard—not chasing hype.
